COVID-19 Update

Hi folks,

For the health and safety of our crew during Covid our Magnolia showroom is currently closed to the public and most of our staff continues to work remotely. Due to high order volumes we are currently unable to offer curbside pickup for local customers. However we continue to process orders placed online promptly, with free shipping within the US on orders over $50. You’ll find our full range of kites, accessories and spare parts on our website. Product availability

Normally we’d be well stocked at this time of year, but with unprecedented demand for kites during Covid and the global supply chain crisis we are experiencing delays and shortages for many of our popular products. We have shipments arriving weekly but items are often selling as soon as they arrive. If you’re looking for something that’s out of stock:

  1. Use our Dealer Finder to see if there’s a Prism retailer near you with product in stock.
  2. Sign up on the product page to receive an automatic email as soon as we receive more.
  3. Check out our Bargain Bin page for great deals on items with cosmetic blemishes and older discontinued models

We are continuing to ship orders placed through the Prism website, but to maintain safe distancing we are operating the warehouse with a limited crew. Free shipping still applies for orders over $50.00. Orders are currently shipping daily in the order received but due to high demand you may see a day or two of processing delay depending on when your order is placed. Both domestic and international orders may take longer in transit than usual due to Covid-related slowdowns with all carriers. Customer service

With an unprecedented number of people enjoying the sport this year we are receiving a huge volume of questions and inquiries as people try out their kites and shop for new ones. Please be patient with us as we prioritize our responses. We encourage you to explore our website, YouTube channel, social media and the information included with your kite where you can find answers to the majority of questions we receive each day.

Replacement parts

We hear from customers every week who are still flying decades-old Prism kites. We’re proud to build our products to last and we support them with spare parts for as long as possible. If you don’t see a part listed for your kite on our Replacement Parts ordering page then it is unfortunately no longer available. If it shows as out of stock then we are temporarily out of stock but intend to have it again when stock arrives.
