A nicely designed winder makes everything easier, especially when you’d rather be flying than fussing with string. We couldn’t find one we liked so we designed our own. It’s molded from unbreakable polycarbonate with just the right angles for smooth unwinding, and a nice shock cord keeper that snugly controls all the loose ends. Fits easily in your pocket with three cool colors you can use for different lengths and strengths.

Best overall kite winders

Been a prism flyer for years. Only winder I use is this one, it fulfills all its promises. By using different colors of winder, I can tell at a glance what length they are. I had a fire that destroyed all my kites, so I'm having to rebuild my collection, except for my 3 stack adrenaline. Happy flying all.
