We’re confident you’re going to have a great time with every product we make, but if you run into any issues with your purchase please let us know and we’ll do what it takes to make things right.

We're not going to nickel-and-dime you with a long warranty full of exceptions, but please use common sense and don’t interpret our commitment to great service as a license to misuse or neglect your Prism gear, or to ignore the instructions we work hard to provide with our products and on our website. We reserve the right to not replace broken or tangled lines, or a kite that was destroyed in too much wind, or one that flew away when a friend let go of the string, and so forth. We also can’t replace lost or stolen items so please keep a close eye on your gear.

Prism Designs is not liable for bodily injury to yourself or others as a result of using our stuff, so please be careful when you’re out there having fun.
