Our classic tube tail is back in a colorful new design for 2022! The ‘Infrared’ version features a yellow, orange, and red geometric gradient punctuated by bold black stripes for maximum visual impact in flight.

Tube tails inflate in flight to add eye-catching drama to any single or dual-line kite. Swivel clip attaches to virtually any kite so you can clip one or more onto the spine, wingtips, or your flying line. Comes in a handy drawstring pouch for easy storage and multiples can be joined end to end for extra pizazz. Velcro closure at the tip makes it easy to drain sand and air as you put it away.

The 75-footer is the perfect length for all medium to full-sized dual-line kites because it’s long enough to let you draw multiple loops and figures in the sky. If you’re new to dual-line kites, the 75-footer makes it easier to learn because it slows the kite down and helps you track the kite’s direction as you learn to steer.

The 20-footer makes a great add-on for single line kites, as “line laundry” to decorate your line, or for small dual-line kites.

Great Tail!

I bought the 20' tail to go with my Jazz 2.0. It's a perfect length for it since the kite is on the smaller side compared to some of Prism's other offerings, and it does its job of stabilizing the kite in the air. Looks absolutely beautiful up there, too.

Magnifique dans le ciel

J'ai acheté cette queue de cerf-volant car je trouvais ses couleurs très belles. Quand elle virvolte au vent par un ciel bleu c'est magnifique! Je la trouve un peu plus grosse que mes deux queues noires et blanches que j'avais achetées il y a de cela plusieurs années. Ça ralenti un peu le cerf-volant dans ses rotations. La qualité du tissu est excellente et elle est durable.

This is the color to get

I couldn’t decide which color to order so I ordered all three. I can definitely say, if you’re only going to order one, INFRARED is the way to go: it really pops against a blue sky in a way the other colors don’t rival.

Creates beautiful visuals

This was my second 75 ft tube tail and it works great alone on the kite (usually my Tantrum 220) or chained with my other tail in high winds. It's sturdy, but light enough to hover in the air a bit to trace your flight path. They spaced the repeating pattern out beautifully to create a hypnotic effect, and the color is very eye-catching.
