Phil McConnachie came up with this amazing pop-up box kite in his workshop down under. There’s nothing to assemble- just remove the sleeve and it springs open ready to fly. The intersecting wings with multiple cells give it great stability, but a tug and some slack will send it swooping and tricking. Take in some line and it’ll float back up – you’ll never get bored.

The EO-6 comes with 200′ of flying line and flies best in light to moderate winds. Amazingly durable and easy to fly for all ages.

Think you are too busy?

If you feel the hectic pressure of this modern lifestyle you need this kite. In the minute it takes to attach a line with a larks head knot and extend your arm into the breeze you can be flying. The bright pop or color and the blue sky are the moments I need to remember to breath. For the price have one in my car and one at the office. Learn from my error and set an alarm if you are flying on a 15 min break or 30 min lunch. Foils and pocket kites are more packable, but the geometry of this kite and its ability to tumble makes it my go to for quick kite therapy. Secondary bonuses is with the price point and ease of flight I have no qualms letting intrigued strangers or annoying co-workers give kite flying a try. I also found out some previously annoying co-workers are pretty awesome people!

This thing goes up really easy. No assembly, and looks really cool. Easy to get back down to the ground. Love this thing.

EO6 product review

Great little one liner, flies like a box kite will flatten out after use, a great spotter kite for the price I get lots of comments about her! The orange red yellow stands out well against the sky.
