For assistance with general inquiries, product questions, repairs, or warranty issues, please contact us at info@prismkites.com. We are not currently offering support over the phone, but we typically respond to your email within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.
To ensure fast service please include any relevant information in your email so we can get started right away. This could include the model of your kite, the name of a part you are looking for, or your mailing address if we need to send something your way. If you're unsure exactly how to describe your issue, send some photos or video along and we'll be happy to get things sorted out.
Urgent Order Support
Need to make a change to an order before it ships out? Contact us at info+urgent@prismkites.com and we'll get back to you ASAP. Ordering issues submitted over the weekend will be addressed on Monday (orders do not ship on weekends). Non-urgent emails sent to this address will not be expedited and should expect a reply within our standard 24-hour, Monday through Friday window.
Warehouse & Design Studio
This is where we design, develop and warehouse our products for shipping to kite enthusiasts and kite shops worldwide. Our retail showroom is currently closed to the public, but we hope to see you back in-person soon.
