It’s the best all-around sport kite money can buy, so if it’s not broken don’t fix it? To heck with that - we gave the legendary Quantum an upgrade anyway! The goal was to keep everything pilots love about the classic Quantum while adding even more flight performance, some sweet details to make it easier to use, and fun new graphics and colors just to freshen things up.

We’ve tweaked the wing shape to give it even better tracking and additional stability, making it easier to keep aloft in light winds without pro-level skills.

We made a subtle change to the bridle geometry and added a super-quick, one-step bridle adjustment at the center T so it’s a cinch to set your kite for different winds.

We upgraded the bag to a new design that lets you roll it up and clip to a belt loop while you fly - no more bags blowing down the beach in the wind. An external pouch for your lineset keeps it from getting tangled. In a hurry to get off the beach? A clever hidden extension sleeve pops out if you want to store your kite full-length without folding the leading edges.

Ready to replace a well-loved older Quantum? The Quantum 2.0 keeps the same frame geometry, carbon rods and fittings so it’s backward compatible!

Flies beautifully with the perfect balance of pull and controllability in an impressively wide wind range from light to strong winds. Comes ready to fly with everything you need: Dyneema flying lines, winder, flight straps and a nice travel sleeve that protects the folded kite at full or half length.

If you really want to get noticed, clip on a 75-foot tube tail (sold separately) and trace your flight path with eye catching calligraphy that’s sure to attract a crowd!

      Lots of fun!

This is a great kite that is very forgiving. You will have better success with a consistent wind, about 8-12 mph will work, 18-22 if you want to fly it with the 75ft tail (which looks amazing!)

Great kites for entry-level to advanced

I’ve been an avid kite flyer for years and my collection of Prism kites just continues to grow. From entry-level to advanced, they have a kite for every skill level. The quality is incredible! This kite combined with the 75’ matching tube tail is a show stopper!

      Great All-around Kite

The Quantum 2.0 is my first serious kite. From what I have read I expected it to be durable and easy to fly. It has exceeded my expectations in every respect. For me it flies easily in a modest breeze and handles well as the breeze picks up. it doesn't like very light wind. With a modest breeze it handles easily, is responsive without being too sensitive, tracks well, and is very tolerant of crashes and rough landings. The Quantm 2.0 is a great everyday kite.

      Noise kite

      Hi
I bought the quantum 2.0 thinking it be the kite that I would never tire of and finally have a kite that I would love to fly daily. However whilst it was a great flier and responsive in a decent breeze, the noise of it took the relaxation of flying out of the equation. I got more and more conscious of flying it where there may be other people trying to relax to the extent that I actually stopped flying it.
I then bought a prism synthesis which restored my faith in prism and now I am flying it daily with much enthusiasm.

      Quantum perfection

I feel this is by far the the chevy engine of kites. As this was my first kite on the recommendations from the staff at KHK OBX. I fly in Pa and the OBX. The learning curve has been minimal. It is extremely durable and reliable. It has held up to my learning the in and outs of flying. The Quantum is easy to maintain and repair if necessary. The Staff at Prism as been a pleasure to deal with as well. Quantum 2.0 highly recommended!
